What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy varies depending on the season. Typically, for cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded (minus any handling fees). For full details, please check the terms during booking or contact us.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfer.
Note: Not all units accept all card types/payments. Please contact us regarding the specific Studio you are interested in.
What is the minimum duration of stay?
During the high season (July–August), we usually recommend a minimum stay of 4–7 nights to fully enjoy the island. During the rest of the periods, stays are more flexible.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 p.m.).
Check-out: Until 11:00 (11:00 a.m.).
Please notify us in advance of your expected arrival time.
Do you offer flexible Check-in for late arrivals?
Yes! For your convenience, we offer Automated Check-in. You receive all necessary information and access codes via WhatsApp or email, giving you the flexibility to arrive at the accommodation at any time, even late at night.
When will the standard procedures (payment/documents) be completed?
The morning after your arrival (or at a pre-arranged time), the accommodation manager will visit your room to complete the standard procedures (payment of the remaining balance, collection of necessary registration documents).
Is Early Check-in or Late Check-out possible?
It depends on the room's availability on the previous/next day. Please contact us via WhatsApp 24 hours prior to arrival/departure to arrange it.
Is free Wi-Fi and parking provided?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all Studios. Free private parking is also available; however, our policy allocates one (1) parking spot per room.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are strictly permitted upon prior written request. Charges or restrictions may apply depending on the size and room type. Please inform us before booking.
How often is cleaning and linen change performed?
Room cleaning is performed daily. Bed linen and towel change is carried out every third day.
Important Clarification: All our Studios provide full sets of bedding and towels (face and body), which are included in the price. Beach/pool towels are not included. Please make sure to bring your own.
Is there a kitchen or kitchenette in the Althea Studios?
Yes, all Studios feature a fully equipped kitchenette. It includes a refrigerator, cooking hobs, and basic cooking utensils. The equipment is sufficient for preparing breakfast and a light meal for 2–3 people.
Are the accommodations (Althea Studios) suitable for families with small children?
Yes, our Studios are particularly suitable for hosting families with small children. We provide baby cots upon request at no extra charge, and the equipped kitchenette facilitates meal preparation.

The best option is Mylos Beach (Paralia Mylos).
